I’m Max, a personal trainer and online coach helping busy people get stronger, fitter and more confident without training taking over their life.

My coaching is built around real life. That means structured training and proper support, but in a way that actually fits around work, family and everything else you’ve got going on.

I’ve competed in running events, triathlons, bodybuilding and functional fitness challenges, so I understand what it takes to work towards a big goal. But I also know that most people do not need extremes. They need a realistic plan, accountability and someone in their corner.

That’s what I aim to give every client. No guesswork, no nonsense, just proper coaching to help you feel stronger, healthier and more confident.

HOW MUCH DOES ONLINE COACHING COST?

Online coaching options vary depending on the level of support you need, your goals and how hands-on you want the coaching to be. Get in touch and I’ll point you towards the option that best fits you.

HOW MUCH DOES IN PERSON PT COST?

PT pricing depends on session frequency and whether you are looking for single sessions or ongoing support. Send me a message and I’ll talk you through the best option based on your goals and availability.

HOW MUCH DOES HYBRID COACHING COST?

Hybrid coaching is tailored based on the level of in-person and online support you need. If you’re interested, get in touch and I’ll help you decide which setup is the best fit.

DO I NEED GYM EXPERIENCE?

No. Whether you are brand new to the gym or getting back into training after time off, I’ll build the plan around your current level and help you grow your confidence as you go.

DO I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

No. Some plans are gym-based, but others can be built around home training, basic equipment or goals that need very little kit.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I’m based in County Durham in the North East and work with clients both in person and online.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Payments are made by direct debit depending on the service and plan you choose.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Sessions cancelled with at least 12 hours’ notice will not be charged. If less than 12 hours’ notice is given, charges still apply unless the session can be rearranged for later the same day. Monthly PT and online coaching plans require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation or payment changes.
