I’m a personal trainer and online coach with years of experience helping people transform both their bodies and mindsets. I specialise in building strength, improving fitness, and creating lasting healthy habits that boost energy, confidence, and overall wellbeing.
My approach combines personalised training programs with motivational support, giving you the tools and guidance to overcome obstacles whether that’s crushing a fitness goal, finishing a race, or simply feeling stronger in daily life. I’ve competed solo and as part of teams in running events, triathlons, bodybuilding, and functional fitness challenges, which has taught me firsthand what it takes to push past limits.

HOW MUCH DOES A PERSONAL TRAINING SESSION COST?

The cost of personal training sessions depends on factors like the type of training, session duration, and whether you’re purchasing one off sessions or paying for a block booking to get a discount.

I offer tailored options to suit different goals and budgets, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.

HOW MUCH DOES ONLINE COACHING COST?

My online coaching costs vary based on the package you choose, as I offer different levels of services to suit your needs. Options range from basic plans with workout and nutrition guidance to premium packages that include around the clock support, regular check ins and free merch.

I also run a cheaper student package for younger adults/teens (16-18 years old) who are keen to get into the gym and learn how to train properly. Please note: You MUST be 16+ to be eligible to start Online Coaching.

HOW ARE PAYMENTS MADE?

I take all payments for in person PT and Online coaching through direct debit depending on the plan you opt for.

WHATS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

There will be no charge/session forfeited for any sessions cancelled for any reason if at least 12 hours notice is given.

If cancelling a session within 12 hours of the arranged time for any reason, charges will still apply.

If, however, the session can be rearranged for a convenient time for both client and myself on the same day, then charges/forfeiting will not apply.

Additionally, in line with the direct debit payment plan for monthly PT‘s or Online coaching you must give at least 14 days notice of any cancellation, or payment amendments to your plan.

DO I NEED TO HAVE BEEN IN A GYM BEFORE?

Absolutely not, I can take someone who has never stepped foot in a gym before and share my knowledge I’ve learned over the years to build your confidence and own personal knowledge so that you feel comfortable going forwards to lead a healthier mindset and lifestyle.

Similarly, if you wish not to attend a gym I can tailor your online package to suit the needs of someone with basic equipment at home.

DO YOUR PLANS REQUIRE A GYM MEMBERSHIP?

No, not everyone’s goals require gym equipment. Therefore, I create plans to suit every clients lifestyle, schedule and access to training aids (if needed).

I can also tailor the plan to whatever equipment your gym has to offer, or whether you’re more interested in training for a cardio based event which would require little to no equipment.

WHERE ARE YOU BASED?

I am based in the North East UK, Specifically in the County Durham region. This being said, my online coaching services can be utilised from anywhere.
